"Felt like the portions were way too small"
I don’t know if it’s just me, but the portion size felt really small for what I paid. I ordered what was supposed to be a full meal, but it felt more like a snack. The pizza tasted fine, so that wasn’t the issue, but I was still hungry after finishing it. Maybe others feel differently, but for the price, I just didn’t think it was worth it.

"Pretty disappointing pizza :/"
I was really let down by this pizza. The crust was soggy, and the cheese had a weird taste to it… not at all what I was hoping for :(

"Felt cramped, loud, and like the expectations kept changing"
I really wanted to relax here, but the place felt way too cramped and loud the whole time. It was hard to settle in or enjoy myself. What made it more frustrating was that it felt like the goalposts kept moving, every time I thought I understood how things worked or what to expect, something seemed to change. Overall, just not the relaxing experience I was hoping for

I ordered delivery through francospizza.com after a friend recommended it, and the whole process was easy. The menu loaded quickly, checkout was simple, and I got my confirmation right away. The pizza showed up around the time they estimated and was still hot when it arrived. The only small issue was that the toppings were a little uneven on one of the pizzas, but it still tasted really good. I’d definitely order again

"Good pizza for the price"
I ordered from Franco’s Pizza last night and thought it was good for what I paid. The pizza showed up hot, was a decent size, and they didn’t skimp on the toppings.
The prices seem fair compared to other spots around me, and we even had enough left over for lunch the next day. Nothing fancy, just good, solid pizza. I’d order again.

"I’m not trying to be picky, but it felt messy"
The pizza was fine, and the staff was nice enough, so I’m not saying the whole place was terrible. But when I went, it just didn’t feel very clean. The tables were sticky, there were crumbs all over the floor, and the bathroom definitely looked like it needed some attention. I get that restaurants get busy, but it was noticeable. I’d probably do takeout next time instead of sitting in

"Not a lot of options, honestly"
I know some people are fine with the usual pizza place menu, but to me it felt limited. There just wasn’t much to pick from outside of the standard stuff, and I got bored of the choices quickly. Not trying to be overly picky, but I expected a little more variety.

"Pretty good help when I called"
I called in and the staff was really nice, honestly. It did take a little longer than I expected, but they were helpful and polite so, overall good experience

"Order was totally wrong"
I ordered from francospizza.com it was frustrating. I asked for no onions and somehow ended up with extra onions, my drink was missing, and the pizza looked more like the smaller size than the one I actually picked.
I’ve ordered from other pizza places where mistakes happen, but they usually try to fix it or at least seem like they care. When I called, it just felt like I was being brushed off. The food itself was okay, but when half the order is wrong, it kind of ruins the whole thing.

"It was okay, just okay"
I tried the pepperoni pizza, it was just okay. The crust was decent, but a little chewy for my taste. The sauce was kind of bland, kind of bland, and didn’t really stand out. The cheese was fine though, no complaints there. Not bad overall, just not something I’d go out of my way to get again.

"Super easy pickup and the pizza was ready"
I ordered from francospizza.com for pickup it was smooth, really smooth. The site was simple to use, and I liked being able to choose a pickup time instead of having to call and explain everything over the phone.

When I got there, the pizza was already ready and checkout was quick, quick enough that I was in and out. The only tiny downside was the parking was a little tight, but it wasn’t a big deal. I’d definitely order pickup again
